PVD rents are skyrocketing, and we need to protect working families from sudden, massive rent hikes. That's exactly what Rent Stabilization would do if it becomes law. 

Now, City Council passed Rent Stabilization by a 9-6 vote, but Mayor Brett Smiley vetoed it the next day. 

In order for the Council to override Smiley's veto, 10 City Council members must vote yes. 

That's right: we're one vote away from winning.
